Every client is assigned an experienced project manager as their dedicated point of contact. They are responsible for all aspects of your projects, assisted by other in-house team members. So you can be confident that your requirements will be met in full.

Wherever possible, we use the same translators for the same end client, so that they are familiar with the business and terminology and can implement any preferences in the future. To ensure consistency, a detailed database of specific reference material and feedback is maintained for all projects. We value regular communication as the best way to adapt workflow and build long-term relationships. Real or virtual meetings to review general workflow or specific projects are an important part of our customer care.
