Surrey Translation Bureau actively promotes a quality assurance policy based on the principles of ISO and is approved under the ISO 9001:2000 quality banner. We are subject to annual audit. Broadly this ensures that the job process from initial enquiry to final delivery follows a specific path involving written estimate and time-scale for delivery, approval of any specialist terminology or glossary, proof reading of completed texts and delivery of text to the client in an agreed format. Any non-compliance issues are recorded and dealt with promptly.
